Overview
Thrive Health Systems is looking for Chiropractic doctors to be partners in business, what we call Executive Doctors. Our Executive Doctors have the potential to earn over $500,000 a year. Executive Doctors are operational partners in the business, with the possibility of stock in the business, not just W2 income. Executive Doctors have a track record of at least 5 years of experience, demonstrating the ability to produce health results for patients and business results by effectively managing a team and communicating with patients to grow revenue and build a profitable business. They are mature professionals with integrity, capable of serving as an anchor to a business for years to come. Business partnership is a significant commitment with substantial rewards and risks. In this role, you have the opportunity to benefit from a system that reduces the need to personally raise capital. The real estate selection, purchasing, tenant improvements, clinic infrastructure (phones, IT, servers, computers, digital x-ray, software, licensing, etc.), equipment purchasing, furniture, and clinic setup are managed for you. Thrive Health Systems provides finance capital, a learning management system with training videos and tests, a proven corporate infrastructure for marketing and operations, and executive support to develop marketing, sales, and operations plans. We also oversee billing, P&Ls, expense management, and vendor relationships, with 13 years of experience developing multi-million dollar natural health care businesses. Your job is to manage staff, communicate with patients, and treat patients. When successful, hiring and training more doctors will be part of the role. Manage staff, communicate with patients, and treat patients. Hire and train additional doctors as the practice grows. Lead patients from sickness to health, manage cases, and achieve measurable, accountable health care results. Communicate effectively and, when required, engage in selling and public outreach to convert prospects into patients. Lead a team, collaborate with other doctors, train and manage staff, and build team rapport. Help patients understand their condition, motivate action, and assist with arranging the financial aspects of care. Uphold integrity, deliver on commitments, and uphold a strong community reputation. Manage front desk staff and maintain business systems, including training and accountability. Qualifications
At least 5 years of proven clinical experience with a track record of patient health results and business results. Ability to lead, manage, and train a team of doctors and staff. Strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to convert public outreach into patient intake. High integrity, dedication to service, and a long-term commitment to the role and community.
