Lead Project Teams in the successful completion of construction projects from the hand-off from Estimating through final completion and close-out. Responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards and applicable laws and regulations. Five Key Roles of the Project Manager: conduct project start-up and close-out; manage budgets; ensure timely A/R/A/P processing; maintain project profitability; manage prime contracts and change orders. Maintain project schedules, coordinate with field operations and subcontractors, and resolve scheduling conflicts. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Procurement submitted, approved, and completed in accordance with project schedules to ensure materials and subcontractors are available as needed. Develop and cascade the project schedule; ensure activities align with the overall schedule and validate with field operations. Complete the Job Progress Report (JPR) process monthly. Review Project Daily Log daily for accuracy; communicate concerns to project teams and field operations. Work with the General Superintendent and Equipment Director to ensure equipment usage stays within budget; review progress daily. Prepare issues list and contribute to weekly Regional Coordination Meeting; discuss and resolve project issues with client project team. Report and escalate project risk management concerns to Regional Director. Review V-plans and sequencing plans with field operations; submit solutions for client approval. Communicate and collaborate with field operations on each project daily. Lead, coach and develop PEs and APMs; conduct regular check-ins to address developmental needs. Manage project document process and control (drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs). Review safety requirements with Regional Safety Manager; ensure plan documents are updated and implemented at project start-up. Secure all licensing and permits required for the project in accordance with laws. Secure all liability insurance, OCIP/CCIP, and bonding per contract requirements and company practices. Uphold the Company’s commitment to Integrity and Code of Ethics with the team. Other relevant tasks as assigned. Education, Experience & Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, or equivalent in training and experience. At least five (5) years of relatable construction experience. Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals. Travel

Travel is required for this position. Travel may include, but is not limited to, travel from office to various job sites. Fessler and Bowman will compensate for travel when applicable. Work Environment

As a Project Manager, you will be subject to various work environments. Environments include but are not limited to, office and field settings, high/low temperatures, areas with traffic, loud and frequent noises, confined spaces, heights, indoor/outdoor settings. Benefits
