We are seeking a Senior Manager to drive the commercialization and management of Abbott Diabetes Care's US digital health ecosystem and US strategic partnerships. You will develop and execute a robust US digital health strategy and manage partnerships across customer channels, collaborating with internal and external partners to share data, insights, and perspectives that support Abbott’s vision and priorities. What You’ll Work On
Design, define and execute the US digital health ecosystem strategy for the FreeStyle Libre CGM franchise Contribute to the US partnership strategy by driving the search, diligence, contracting and operational processes for new agreements Execute and advance data sharing initiatives, including app integrations to use Libre’s CGM data to support clinical decision-making and behavior change Launch next generation FreeStyle Libre digital products spanning patient, clinician, and B2B audiences by collaborating with a cross-functional team Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing digital health ecosystem team Advance and manage digital health analytics Collaborate with market access, regulatory affairs, medical and clinical resources to deliver baseline marketing deliverables Conduct market analyses, develop business cases, and strategic/tactical plans Adhere to all compliance and regulations Experience You’ll Bring (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree Six years of commercial experience with at least four years in a commercial managerial role including product marketing or business development Deep knowledge of digital health and diabetes management landscape Strong presentation and communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking, and market analytics capabilities Execution-oriented with a proven record of commercial results Experience with product development, marketing strategy, or business development Self-starter with assertiveness, high self-confidence, intellectual curiosity, and executive presence Excellent oral and written communication skills across management levels Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines Comfortable working across R&D, Regulatory, Operations, and other functions Preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree People management experience High-energy, bias for action, and strong executive presence Ability to develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks for business questions Innovative and creative use of insights to create sustainable competitive advantage Strong collaboration with sales, management, and customers Compensation
The base pay for this position is $146,700.00 – $293,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the posted range. About Abbott
