Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to establish scope and material needs and determine if there are changes due to field conditions
Issue RFIs and coordinate directly with clients, architects, vendors, and subcontractors
Attend project meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs to assess conditions and logistics
Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and project communications
Collaborate closely with estimating and field teams to ensure project alignment
Oversee schedule, budget tracking, and execution to meet milestones
Review bulletins to determine changes in work and put together change orders as necessary
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management within commercial or municipal construction, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Deep expertise in masonry and concrete restoration required
Ability to interpret and manage complex scopes of work and construction documents
Experience managing union labor and prevailing wage projects is a strong plus
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Associate's degree preferred
