Overview
Senior Business Analyst OTM/GTM - Onsite(Fulltime)
Responsibilities
Manage project accounts with functional expertise on OTM/GTM application.
Day to day interaction with client and stakeholders for project deliveries, updates and new change requests.
Gather customer requirements, understand supply chain business, create functional specifications, and provide logic.
Configure OTM modules and design the business requirements; work on migration projects.
Understand export/import processes, documentation, customs & compliances, INCO terms, and end-to-end shipping processes; relate to warehousing/logistics/shipping terminology.
Deep understanding of warehouse/transportation day-to-day operations.
Preferred existing job profiles: logistics/warehouse manager, operations executive, customer service, compliance/trade profile, end users of any TMS/WMS (OTM/OWMS).
Qualifications
Logistics Business Analyst - 6-15 years of experience.
Candidate should be working in areas like logistics, warehousing, shipping, freight forwarding, trade management, transport management, or IT department within the same industry.
