Warranty Manager
REPORTS TO : Director of Procurement & Capital Improvement
COMPENSATION:

SUMMARY
The Warranty Manager position is responsible for managing post-construction and capital improvement warranty claims, and other small projects ensuring compliance with company policies, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective resolution of warranty issues. The Warranty Manager will develop relationships with construction, asset management, property management and facilities maintenance teams, while acting as a resource for all parties in instances surrounding warranty and property walks. The Warranty Manager will maintain a strong working knowledge of construction and capital improvement warranty components, safety, and industry standards and best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
(Including but not limited to) Managing warranty claims: Oversee and analyze warranty claims, and daily warranty operations, to completion and customer satisfaction. Documentation: Monitor project closeout to ensure all documentation is passed on to client by ensuring letters of warranty and specifics for each warranty item are complete and delivered from either construction team or capital improvement vendors. Ensuring customer satisfaction: Lead the warranty team to resolve warranty issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Communicating with customers and suppliers: Communicate warranty policies to subcontractors, construction, asset management, facilities maintenance, suppliers, and stakeholders. Establishing performance metrics: Establish and manage warranty and service performance, providing a monthly warranty report. Managing projects: Manage multiple ongoing warranty projects in multiple states and be the main point of contact across the new construction portfolio. Communication: Communicate quality or efficiency issues or concerns to continuously improve practices and design. Produce regular reports and analyses on warranty claims and performance metrics. Managing reporting: Manage and monitor warranty database to maintain accurate records in operational and financial reporting. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field; business, finance, or engineering. 3-5 years of equivalent experience facilities management, warranty administration Proficient in CMMS, Microsoft Office Suites. Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of Procore. Strong Problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure as needed. Ability to organize an prioritize tasks. Ability to travel up to 25%. BENEFITS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
