Principal Business Operations Manager - QB Live

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end (E2E) operations for the accounting and money portfolios, partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Partnerships, and Marketing to optimize operations and cross-team communications.
Develop and implement business strategies to carry out Intuit’s Big Bets and platform vision in collaboration with team leads and senior executives.
Continuously evaluate operating rhythms and key business indicators to monitor performance and overall health.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure open communications flow and alignment on priorities.
Lead execution and strategy development of critical strategic initiatives, including multi-year platform transformation.
Mentor, coach and develop a team of high-performing business operations professionals.
Qualifications
8+ years of business operations experience with direct management experience in a high-growth environment
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, including using data to quickly prioritize activities aligned with business strategy
Effective cross-functional project management experience and excellent verbal and written communications
Customer-obsessed mindset; ability to identify what matters most to customers and accelerate velocity in service to their needs
Compensation and Benefits The position offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area, California: $197,500.00 – $267,000.00. This role is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular pay equity reviews across ethnicity and gender categories.
