Our client designs, makes and delivers safe, civil and low-carbon affordable homes for people in housing need (privately owned).

Development:

new build housing development building 7 low-carbon affordable homes

Working arrangements:

On-site Site Manager or Senior Site Manager/Project Manager

Duration:

Initially a 6 month contract with scope for further work/employment

About the role Site Manager or Senior Site Manager/Project Manager, working on a ‘new build’ housing development building 7 low-carbon affordable homes. Responsible for delivery of a new housing development to the highest standard of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme.

About you You will be an experienced Site Manager/Senior Site Manager/Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a regional developer/contractor or PLC developer; with a focus on building the highest quality homes.

Demonstrable track record of residential house building site management

Professional Qualification to an appropriate level

Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients

Self-motivated and proactive

Attention to detail

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail

First Aid Trained

SMSTS Qualified
