What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage complex project portfolios for contact center implementations, including resource allocation and capacity planning Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including critical path analysis and resource forecasting Serve as a strategic liaison between customer executive teams and employer leadership to align project objectives Facilitate executive meetings to ensure visibility, accountability, and strategic alignment throughout projects Oversee project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis What is Required (Qualifications):
6-9 years of experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations Proven experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in a customer-facing role Hands-on experience managing deployment projects for contact center and related technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholders Proficiency in project management and document management tools How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
