Secret or Top Secret (preferred) Contingent upon contract award Responsibilities

Provide IT support and troubleshooting for hardware and software in mixed environments, including Workstations & laptops (SIPR, NIPR, CENTRIX, STAMIS, etc.), services on mobile devices, and A/V equipment Apply and support Active Directory, OS deployment methods (e.g., Altiris Deployment Solution, SCCM) Operate within a tiered Help Desk model and manage work tickets using ticketing systems (e.g., Altiris Help Desk, Remedy) Provide networking support and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support Qualifications

2–4 years of experience providing IT support and troubleshooting in mixed environments Experience with workstations and laptops, mobile devices, and A/V equipment Extensive working knowledge of Active Directory, OS deployment methods (Altiris Deployment Solution, SCCM), and ticketing systems Experience with networking support and VTC IAT Level II certification (per DoD 8570.1) Additional Information
