Project Manager (Multifamily)
— On-Site Position. Harper Harrison is partnered with a national Multifamily general contractor and builder with over 30 years of experience. They specialize in large-scale, complex multifamily, mixed-use, affordable, senior, student housing, hospitality, adaptive reuse, and renovation projects. Their strength lies in combining local expertise (through regional offices) with scale, innovation, and consistency. They are looking for talented individuals to join the business as a Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong GC background. Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Provide construction PM services for Multifamily ground-up projects Lead Project Management activities of multi-million-dollar projects to be completed on time and within budget Understand & navigate local zoning codes & regulations and integrate these in to building plans Write & present on building reports and communicate with all stakeholders Qualifications
10+ Years’ as a Project Manager in the Multifamily space Ideally experience with Multifamily and/or Mixed-Use Construction projects (Can also consider Hotels, Hospitals, Schools) Ideally College degree in Construction related industry Attention to detail focused individual on Project related matters How to apply
