We are a leading general contractor specializing in ground-up construction and interior buildouts in the commercial and industrial sectors. As a Project Manager specializing in Tenant Interior projects you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' needs are met and our projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities
Lead and manage commercial construction projects (tenant interior) from kickoff to closeout. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure quality and adherence to safety and project requirements. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Strong knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations and procedures Experience in healthcare, commercial, retail, and office construction projects Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Employment type
