Warehouse Manager (1100226) — The Judge Group
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually
Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our 40,000 sq. ft. distribution center in Jacksonville, Florida. This role oversees a two-shift operation with 11 direct reports and is responsible for ensuring efficient product delivery, fleet optimization, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in logistics, team management, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day warehouse operations across two shifts, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 11 direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and performance.
Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management processes to maintain accuracy, reduce shrinkage, and optimize storage.
Fleet Optimization: Coordinate fleet operations to ensure efficient routing, timely deliveries, and cost-effective transportation.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve productivity, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on KPIs including order accuracy, delivery timeliness, inventory turnover, and labor efficiency.
Qualifications
2+ years of warehouse or distribution center management experience
Proven leadership in a multi-shift environment
Strong knowledge of inventory systems and fleet logistics
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Familiarity with Jacksonville logistics and transportation networks
