Coral Bay has 946 units and is located in San Diego, CA. Schedule:

Friday through Tuesday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, with participation in an on-call rotation. Target Pay:

$29.15 per hour Role Overview:

As a Service Technician II, you will maintain and repair community facilities, respond to maintenance requests, and prepare apartments for new tenants. Your work ensures the community's cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal, which directly impacts residents' and prospects' first impressions. Who You Are: Technically skilled in residential property maintenance with a hands-on approach. Detail-oriented problem solver with a sense of ownership and good decision-making skills. Customer service-focused, maintaining professionalism and composure. Punctual, reliable, and eager to grow in property management. A team player who values strong relationships and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on appliances, building exteriors, doors, locks, electrical systems, flooring, landscaping, HVAC (with certification), plumbing, pools, and safety equipment. Update reports, work orders, and trackers accurately. Inspect and prepare vacated apartments to meet market-ready standards. Conduct safety inspections and annual unit inspections. Maintain records of preventative maintenance and service requests using mobile applications. Respond professionally to inquiries and service requests. Ensure community safety by promptly addressing unsafe conditions. Understand utility cut-offs and property layouts. Keep grounds clean and report service needs. Manage inventory of parts and materials for repairs. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in residential maintenance (painting, appliance repair, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles. Availability for on-call rotation. Experience in multi-family housing preferred. HVAC certification preferred.
