As a Strategy Director, you’ll be responsible for providing support across all GA Growth Marketing acquisition and onboarding campaigns, operational optimizations, reporting, and general administrative tasks. You'll ensure the team is progressing on deliverables accordingly against project timelines and deadlines and provide support as needed. Responsibilities
Go To Market Act as a primary point of contact for GA acquisition/xsell campaigns, managing creative development, production, deployment and analysis Oversee and maintain GA onboarding email program and support on-going creative refresh Support PMM with development of project briefs, requirements docs, and GTM timelines for new projects (BGC GA landing page refresh, one-off standalone campaigns, newsletters, etc.) Strategy & Operations: Facilitate the update of new opt-in touch points within UI in partnership with Product. Support ongoing migration of GA onboarding email program into Reno, a notification platform to trigger emails based on specific users actions. Maintain and optimize reporting dashboards in partnership with Accenture. Program Management & Ad-Hoc Support: Attend agency weekly meetings to provide updates on creative development, and email production Partner with Accenture on data requirements for campaign setup and deployment Update monthly performance reporting and KR trackers. Manage meeting agendas, snippets/bi-weekly updates, and ad-hoc communications. About You
The essentials: Strong track record of strategy & program management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences (sales, merchants, internal teams). Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and new information. Experience working collaboratively within the Google Ads Marketing organization. Experience working with external agencies and partners (Factor, Accenture, Continuum, etc.) Preferred working hours PST Not a Must, But a Plus
