About the Team
The DoorDash Marketing Operations team’s mission is to efficiently deliver high quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our audiences, globally. To accomplish this mission, we’re building a team of technical CRM experts who build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. This team is goaled on high quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency so that each campaign reaches the correct audience on-time with excellent craft. About the Role
As the Senior Associate, Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for building, testing and launching Retention Marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and Project Managers to ensure each campaign has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Build, launch, and optimize retention marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other channels using Braze. Includes owning the QA review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, building target audience segments and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders. Operational Efficiency:
Develop scalable workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and minimal errors. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with teams such as Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Design to align on campaign goals, audience segmentation, and creative execution. Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve quality, craft and efficiency for future initiatives. Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations for your Lifecycle Marketing partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities. Tool Expertise:

Experience:
3-4+ years of experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with Braze is required. Familiarity with other marketing automation tools is a plus. Operational Excellence:
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical Mindset:
Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize campaign development and quality. Collaborative Approach:
