Overview
Admissions Nurse (RN) Opportunity - Fuller Hospital
is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities and adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units. Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. This is a full-time, day-shift position working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 11 am to 7 pm.
Responsibilities
Oversee admissions to each unit of the hospital Complete documentation and assessment of admissions Educate floor staff on the proper documentation and procedures for admissions Perform audits of Electronic Medical Record and Medication Administration Record Assist DON and Education department with educating staff on the units
