The Role at a Glance This role will consult and serve as a resource on enterprise-wide and/or business area-specific programs/offerings within their area of talent-related responsibility. They will consult colleagues across Talent & Employee Experience (T&EX), HR business partners and business leadership across the enterprise on approaches to leverage a broad range of talent, organizational design/effectiveness, learning, and development tools and programs to engage employees and drive a high-performance culture that maximizes productivity and achievement of business goals and objectives. What you'll be doing DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions. Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility. Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility. Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for their assigned area(s) of responsibility. Consults/Analyze on more complex assignments and/or projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility. Provides high quality talent management advisory services & engagement management support to business groups across the enterprise (e.g. Talent Planning, Talent Pipelining, Talent Review/Succession Planning, Talent Development & Performance Management) Collaborates across T&EX and with business stakeholders and HR business partners to identify talent related needs and support execution of organizational design/effectiveness initiatives and programs. Partners with internal stakeholders to effectively develop, drive talent management solutions and talent development programs and processes. Supports the delivery of a diverse range of talent projects; including consultation, needs analysis, planning, design/development, implementation, and evaluation. Tracks and monitors the effectiveness of talent development programs/initiatives (e.g. return-on-investment, employee engagement, etc.). Provides curriculum design support and learning and development services to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on assignments/projects of varying degrees of complexity. Facilitates and/or supports the facilitation of learning and development and/or organizational effectiveness programs and processes. Leverages knowledge in the administration of career management tools to aid T&EX and HR Business Partners in talent development initiatives and programs. Partners across the HR community for all talent development tools and consults on approaches to best leverage tools to support business needs. Supports talent management in the development, administration, and successful enterprise-wide deployment of a wide variety of talent programs. Collaborates with HR Partners and other stakeholders to deliver ‘just-in time’ training and experiences to meet talent-specific needs of business clients. ADDITIONAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Carries out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines. Complies with all company and site policies and procedures. Remains current in profession and industry trends. Makes a positive contribution as demonstrated by: - Making suggestions for improvement - Learning new skills, procedures and processes Performs other duties as required. What we’re looking for EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required) 3 - 5+ Years of Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development and/or OD/OE experience directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this position (Required) What’s it like to work here?
