Sales Consultant - Land Rover Houston North. Compensation (Draw / Commission): Performance-based earnings range: $60,000 - $120,000+ / year. Responsibilities
Cultivate new opportunities through personalized outreach, social media, referrals, internet leads, and walk-ins, becoming a trusted local expert in your brand.
Welcome clients with a professional demeanor that reflects the sophistication of the brand and dealership.
Conduct tailored vehicle presentations and test drives that showcase advanced technology, performance capabilities, and premium features.
Stay up to date on every model, trim, and incentive, being a resource for clients and the team.
Guide clients through the entire buying process, including trade-in appraisals and high-level discussions around financing, lease structures, and protection options.
Partner closely with Finance & Insurance (F&I) to finalize deals and deliver a seamless, concierge-level closing experience.
Approach negotiations with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction and dealership performance.
Provide personalized post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction, maintain relationships, and encourage future business and referrals.
Build a loyal client base by delivering an exceptional experience that drives repeat business and referrals in the highline market.
Leverage consultative sales techniques to match clients with the right vehicle and identify opportunities for value-added products and services.
Qualifications
3+ years of luxury or high-performance automotive sales experience.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive, client-focused environment.
Ability to build long-term relationships with clientele through professionalism and follow-up.
Strong consultative sales techniques, including needs analysis, presentation, objection handling, and closing strategies.
Polished communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while delivering white-glove service.
Must be authorized to work in the USA and possess a valid driver's license.
Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements including background check, MVR, and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with high-line brands (e.g., Porsche, BMW, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, etc.).
Compensation
