Creditors' Rights Attorney

to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing financial institutions, lenders, or creditors in collection matters, litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking to further develop their practice in a collaborative and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in creditors' rights matters, including collections, foreclosures, loan workouts, bankruptcy, and related litigation. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and related legal documents. Manage case dockets, appear in court, and advocate on behalf of clients in hearings and trials. Advise clients on compliance with state and federal lending and collection laws. Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective case strategies and client solutions. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar. Minimum of 3 years of experience in creditors' rights, collections, bankruptcy, or financial services litigation. Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits
