Insurance Defense – Bodily Injury About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with a strong background in bodily injury litigation to join our growing remote legal team. This is a fully remote position for attorneys licensed and residing in Florida, with the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload involving auto liability, premises liability, and general bodily injury claims.
Responsibilities
Independently handle a full caseload of bodily injury defense matters from inception through trial or resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Represent clients at depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
Evaluate claims, prepare legal strategy reports, and advise insurance clients on legal risk and liability exposure.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active license in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Minimum 5 years of experience handling bodily injury insurance defense matters.
Strong litigation and negotiation skills, with trial experience preferred.
Salary and Benefits The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $190,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
