This position is an opportunity to play a critical role in providing expert-level litigation support throughout complex appellate matters, from case initiation through Supreme Court proceedings. Responsibilities
Orchestrate comprehensive deposition and argument logistics coordination Conduct thorough cite-checking for briefs and motions, ensuring Bluebook compliance and source accuracy Create jurisdiction-compliant brief and motion templates following applicable court rules Maintain communication with state, federal, and appellate court clerk offices Assist in trial preparation in partnership with Trial and Litigation Support teams Support witness preparation and testimony development processes Compile and review appellate appendices and supporting exhibit materials Why join us
