Lead our Incentive Compensation team, building insightful analytics around compensation, ensuring payment accuracy while adhering to tight deadlines and functioning as subject matter expert Responsibilities
Establish strong relationships with leaders to support needs. Budget and forecast annual commission and bonus activity. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area. 5+ years related experience Preferred Qualifications
Strong project management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (advanced level) Sound deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills Results Oriented Ability to work cross-functionally throughout the company to promote analysis-driven change Analytical/technical skills to develop individual analysis and perform independent research Strong work ethic and self-discipline Committed to efficiency and identifies opportunities for process automation This information indicates the general nature and level of work performed by associates in this role.
