Build relationships with clients through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide trusted counsel, with a digital-first mindset. Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services. Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs and engage with clients to determine banking channel preferences. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products, and provide a consistent, optimal client experience. Open new consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and submit credit applications. Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients. Educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to help meet financial needs. Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience with operational excellence and accuracy. Required and Preferred Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training Preferred Skills/Experience

Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services Proven customer service and interpersonal skills Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital-first mindset Demonstrated advanced level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer needs proactively and reactively Experience in the financial services industry preferred Disclosures

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package and various compensation programs. Pay Range: $22.69 - $30.24 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records as allowed by law.
