Responsibilities
Serve as a departmental and company authority resource for all aspects of cardiology reporting
Participate in implementation and post go-live support project team activities
Consult with customers regarding clinical workflows and Synapse Cardiology applications
Configure and validate clinical measurement/data import/export interfaces
Ensure compliance with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements and quality management standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, healthcare, computer science, or a relevant field (desired but not required)
2+ years of experience with PACS systems and configurations
Strong interpersonal, team-building, and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to the medical field, particularly cardiology, is a plus
Experience in a related discipline is advantageous
Self-directed with excellent management skills
Inquisitive and creative with strong decision-making abilities
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%)
