LHH is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of experience to join a law firm’s Somerset County office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor & Employment (L&E) matters and products liability. Responsibilities
Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court-related documents Appear for hearings, conferences, and depositions Manage case strategy and client communications Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel Qualifications
4–6 years of litigation experience in the areas listed above Admission to the
New Jersey Bar
(required);
New York Bar
(preferred) Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Salary:
$140,000–$160,000
+ performance-based bonus Full benefits package including:
medical, dental, and vision ; 2 weeks vacation; 40 hours sick time Benefits
