Position Responsibilities

Account analysis and periodic reconciliation of sub-ledgers to general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Assistance with purchasing and sales review processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of recorded transactions.

Assistance with business process controls improvement.

Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing and supporting business transactions in compliance with IFRS.

Support internal and external audit processes and requests for information.

Support corporate reporting requirements.

Mark-to-market accounting.

Accounts receivable management.

Participation in budget and forecasting processes.

Other general accounting responsibilities as required.

Position Requirements

3-4 years accounting experience required

Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited university

Advanced MS Excel required

SAP experience or an equivalent ERP system is desirable

Food processing and/or Ag/Farm processing experience or related desirable

Available to work extended days and hours as necessary

Great work ethic and ability to multi-task in a team environment

Must be able to work with a diverse team across geographies

CPA or CMA a plus

Compensation & Benefits New Hire Base Salary Range in Chicago, IL: 75,000 – 108,000 USD

Bonus: Eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by plan terms and governing documents.
