Provide 2nd level support to internal key user on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) system related queries Provide user training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to staffs Identify, diagnose & resolve D365 F&O issues Offer trainings to internal key user to increase knowledge on the Microsoft 365 F&O environment Requirements
