The
HR Business Partner (Manager/Sr Manager)
contributes at both hands-on and strategic levels to enable their client groups to deliver and achieve strategic business and people priorities. The HRBP (Manager/Sr Manager) will play a critical role in supporting business leaders across the organization, providing strategic HR guidance, and driving business outcomes through effective HR solutions. The role will typically start supporting a small number of commercial or professional services groups, expanding in number of groups or group size as capabilities grow. About The Role

HRBP (Manager/Sr Manager)
at Thomson Reuters you will: Act as a global HR business partner for our Corporates Go-To-Market segment, Partnerships & Alliances and Professional Services teams Provide strategic thought partnership to leaders, guiding them through organizational change activities and a wide range of critical people and business issues (with support from senior HRBPs or COE specialists as needed) Analyze data and trends, identify people and culture needs and partner effectively with Regional HR and Centers of Excellence teams to design, recommend and deliver relevant talent solutions; develop and implement workforce planning strategies Drive belonging and inclusion agenda across all HR levers (talent, reward, culture, learning, etc) in service of creating a world class culture of talent Facilitate execution of cyclical processes (compensation, performance management etc.) with your business areas ensuring clear communication, high quality decisions, timely completion and a positive stakeholder experience Partner closely with regional HR to coordinate support for first line managers and employees regarding guidance on policies, people processes and complex people issues (e.g. performance management, compensation, etc.) Coordinates with regional HR and other HR specialists to ensure employee lifecycle activities & processes are completed and queries are resolved Ensures a consistent approach to HR activities and compliance with regional and global policies and legal requirements whilst adhering to local statutory requirements under employment legislation Partners closely with Regional HR and Global ER on relations cases as needed. Support the development of the broader people agenda for specific partner groups and contribute to key projects as needed Lead or support M&A due diligence and integration activity as required About You

at Thomson Reuters, if your background includes: Experience supporting a Sales or Go-To-Market organization Relevant business and HR education, certification, or equivalent experience 3 - 5+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnering or HR service delivery, ideally at a management level The ability to think globally, be flexible, and focused, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and thrive in a fast-paced and niche team and business within a larger organization Strong data analytic skills including strength in using AI, Workday/HRIS systems, MS Excel, PowerPoint and other key software systems A high sense of ownership, urgency and drive and be experienced in bringing creative and effective ideas and solutions to the organizations they operate in Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence leaders and individuals across the business Strong judgment, a balanced blend of business and people acumen and the ability to build credible relationships quickly What’s in it For You?
