Responsibilities

Manage and roll out global logistics continuous improvement, standardization and implementation SAP-ERP projects within MM, WM, SD, PP, PM, out of which min. 2 SAP Modules must be covered. Manage transfer of logistics requirements in specification, the coordination and implementation (incl. customizing) as the interface between Business and IT. Manage “END TO END” PROCESSES incl. trainings & definition of KPIs to assure sustainability and continuous improvement. Implement and follow Logistics ERP Strategy with OneERP Team. Assure qualification, know-how transfer, check of sustainability and identification of improvement potentials within Plant Process Reviews and plant user trainings. Support in and coordinate/lead interface projects with other departments e.g. Sales, SCM, IT. Test and approve logistics changes in SAP/other ERP/applications if necessary. Improve continuously the process documentation. Support of Logistics Management.

Qualifications

University degree with focus on Supply Chain Management / Logistics. Min. 5 years of experience in same or similar positions in the automotive industry. Project & Process Management leading complex logistics projects and international teams in the automotive industry. Expert for developing, improving as well as consulting and customizing experience of logistics SAP (ECC-System) processes in the modules MM, WM, SD, PP, PM. Analytical thinking, eager to improve, able to organize and prioritize work / organization, leadership, contact and communications skills, customer oriented behavior, data preparation and analysis. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
