RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Residential Day Counselor in Lancaster, MA. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available. Responsibilities
Work directly with adolescents facing mental health challenges in a group home setting to support daily needs, foster independence, and empower them to live their best lives. Assist with daily activities, provide emotional support, and help individuals achieve personal goals. Be an essential part of the support provided by the DSP team. Participate in training and development; full training provided. Who We Seek / Qualifications
High School Diploma required; must be at least 21 years old. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Caring and compassionate professional with a desire to help and support others. Passion for helping people. Shift
