Perform tax research
Manage
tax workflow
to ensure timely and accurate completion of client engagements.
Provide
complex tax advisory services
for corporations, partnerships, S-corps, and high-net-worth individuals.
Prepare and review
complex business tax returns
(partnerships, corporations, S-corps, trusts).
Review and provide feedback on less complex tax returns prepared by staff.
Train, mentor, and develop staff accountants and senior associates to support their career growth.
Collaborate with partners on tax planning, client strategy, and compliance matters.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive communication and high-quality service.
Qualifications
CPA license or Enrolled Agent
8+ years of progressive tax experience in a
public accounting firm .
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax codes, regulations, and compliance.
Experience supervising, reviewing, and mentoring staff.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
