Manage cash across operating and SPE entities, including escrow, and reserve accounts. Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts across multiple entities. Coordinate with the CFO, banks, investors, and internal stakeholders on cash needs, availability, and capital movements. Oversee reserve tracking, working capital optimization, and cash-on-cash return forecasting. Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

Lead the monthly and quarterly close process across both the company and SPE, ensuring completeness, timeliness, and GAAP compliance. Consolidate financials and prepare internal reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and investor performance analytics. Prepare board packages, investor updates, and lender compliance documentation. Support annual audit and tax processes in coordination with external advisors.
