Executive Director, Accounting & Finance Recruitment - Asset & Wealth Management
This position is responsible for recording and reconciling compensation related transactions for the firm’s global employee base in accordance with the firm’s policy and accounting controls. This position will be responsible for compensation and benefit related reconciliations including payroll and incentive compensation, ensure accurate data flow between systems, and support all reporting and audit requirements. This position reports to the Head of Finance Operations and liaises directly with Payroll, Human Resources, Accounting, and auditors. In addition, the position is required to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information. This is an in-office role based in New York. Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Prepare and clearly describe complex compensation structures or explanations for compensation-related transactions Identify and communicate key drivers for expense attribution or variance analysis Facilitate compilation of supporting documentation for audit or regulatory requests Research and complete balance sheet and expense account reconciliations Ensure all components of each payroll are accurately recorded in the financial statements Record compensation or benefit related journal entries and accruals Analyze new earning or deduction codes across ADP, Workday, payroll providers and financial statements to accurately reflect compensation or benefit related transactions Document policies and procedures Support special requests and ad-hoc projects including reports and analysis for Senior Leadership Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Minimum 5 years of relevant compensation accounting experience, US and International Workday and ADP experience preferred Seniority level
