This is a broad leadership role within a small, trusted team overseeing the financial, operational, and investment functions of a multi-generational family office. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in accounting and tax, preferably with exposure to family office or partnership structures, and thrive in a hands-on role requiring high levels of independence, trust, and discretion. Track distributions, capital calls, and investment activity across a diversified portfolio. Deliver regular reporting to family members and advisors, including performance summaries and financial statements. Oversee day-to-day office functions including HR, staffing, insurance, and vendor relationships. Implement process improvements and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency.
