This job contributes to Starbucks success by preparing and inputting payroll data so that partners are paid accurately and on time.
Daily Responsibilities
Cycle Processing On and Off Cycle (and separations) Communication as needed Validates understanding of communicated guidance Identifies gaps or enhancements and proposes changes Guides stakeholders to ensure compliance Ensures customer understanding of payroll information (partners outside of our team) Uses best practices on payroll ops processes and escalates concerns Identifies learning opportunities to enhance expertise

Highly interactive with cross functional teams

N/A, but certifications are nice to have
Years experience?:
2+ years of experience, the more exp the better
Nice-to-Haves
Relevant Certifications SAP Success Factors Preferred experience in Federal/State/Local and/or Provincial labor, payroll, garnishment and tax law
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
