Financial Analyst
to join our team and take ownership of financial planning and analysis, SaaS metrics, and operational finance. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the go-to finance partner for the business—working closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to ensure we’re running a disciplined and data-driven operation. What You’ll Do Financial Planning & Budgeting Build, manage, and maintain company budgets, including department-level budgets. Reconcile actual vs. target budgets and provide variance analysis. Partner with team leaders to review and approve budgets on a monthly basis. SaaS Metrics & Analytics Create, track, and report on core SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, retention, expansion, CAC, LTV, etc.). Provide monthly and quarterly dashboards that drive executive decision-making. Analyze pipeline, bookings, renewals, and customer trends to ensure sustainable growth. Cash Flow & Forecasting Build and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure strong liquidity and predictability. Marketing ROI & Spend Alignment Work with the marketing team to track ROI across campaigns. Drive alignment between financial goals and marketing spend efficiency. Tools & Data Integrity Manage financial reporting through Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets. Ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and alignment across systems. Operational Finance & Administration Assist with compliance, audits, and financial record-keeping. Own end-to-end reporting processes that keep leadership informed and accountable. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) , ideally in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment. Strong understanding of
SaaS metrics
(retention, churn, expansion, CAC, LTV, gross margin, Rule of 40, etc.). Experience creating
budgets, forecasts, and financial models . Advanced proficiency in
Excel and Google Sheets
(formulas, pivot tables, modeling). Hands-on experience with
Salesforce
