Working with new client relationships that flow in 24/7/365 Utilizing in-house lead database to close leasing and sales transactions Presenting marketing proposals to clients Negotiating exclusive listing agreements Marketing exclusive listings to qualified investors, sellers, and renters Calling landlords and clients with individualized real estate investment strategies You'll be working on an active pipeline of deals while developing your own book of business, mentored by senior associates who will teach you every aspect of real estate you find interesting.
