Position: We are seeking an Analyst to join the Prime Services group, focused in supporting and working with the Prime Brokerage Sales team . The individual we’re seeking will demonstrate being a strong team player with a strong & driven work ethic. Having strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills, and feeling confident in a client facing role are all essential criteria. Key Responsibilities: Acting as a support for senior sales team members in meeting preparation, helping with client pitches and RFPs Ownership and maintenance of presentation materials and resources which are for client consumption Assisting with prospecting exercises to identify new client acquisition and targets Maintaining CRM for prospective new clients and maintaining the accuracy of the CRM Supporting Head of Sales and other sales leads with account analytics and data analysis for existing client base Supporting Head of Sales in drafting and tracking annual strategic sales initiatives Ownership of a range of weekly tasks for sales management to help track client acquisition and client activity !*!
CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, VBA & Access Database skills Strong data manipulation and reporting skills Ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely An understanding of Hedge Fund strategies and the Prime Brokerage model would be useful Bachelor’s degree required Knowledge of Equities is desirable Strong team player and understands the importance of teamwork Strong communicator and presentation skills Confident in a client setting and client-facing role Strong attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness is essential as well as multi-tasking. Meeting deadlines and being punctual with assignments is key Strong understanding of professional ethics and regulatory environment The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000.
