What You’ll Do
Open and maintain client accounts at custodians and third-party investment managers Serve as a key operational liaison with custodians and investment managers Process client cash movements, including wires, deposits, and transfers Manage account service requests and maintain documentation in line with regulatory standards Maintain and update internal portfolio accounting systems (Tamarac applications) Submit trades in mutual funds and equities to third-party brokerage firms Support regulatory compliance under SEC and FINRA guidelines Look for ways to improve processes and support advisor efficiency
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in operations within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or similar wealth management setting Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel within a financial context Experience with Salesforce, Tamarac Reporting, Tamarac Trading, and/or Portfolio Center preferred Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Service-first mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities Series 65 license preferred, but not required
