Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance & Accounting Administrator to join our Los Angeles office. As a growing motorbike company, we require a candidate capable of managing the full scope of our finance and accounting functions. This includes not only day-to-day operations but also building financial processes and controls from the ground up. The ideal candidate will take ownership of bookkeeping, reporting, compliance, vendor management, budgeting, and strategic financial planning—ensuring the company’s financial health and supporting its scalable growth.
Start date on or after July 1st, 2025 .
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations including general ledger accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. Build and maintain the finance infrastructure, including tools, templates, and policies appropriate for a startup environment. Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to issue invoices, credit memos, process client payments, and ensure accurate revenue recognition. Manage vendor relationships: onboarding, contract review, purchase orders, invoice approvals, and payment tracking. Handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Monitor cash flow closely, maintaining healthy liquidity while supporting growth initiatives. Develop and manage company-wide budgets and financial forecasts, offering strategic insights for decision-making. Coordinate with external partners, including CPAs, auditors, legal advisors, and payroll providers. Ensure timely compliance with tax filings, local and federal regulations, and reporting obligations. Implement and enforce internal controls, risk management, and cost-efficiency initiatives. Provide regular financial reporting and actionable recommendations to executive leadership. Support on employee expense reimbursements, payroll setup, and financial onboarding.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles (GAAP). Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry. Familiarity with ERP systems Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, particularly in English, Marketing, Business, or Accounting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable speaking to small groups. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact and diplomacy; must be team player Superior customer service and follow through skills Attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven and constantly changing environment Flexibility to switch gears with little notice Excellent organization skills Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and understand when to escalate potential issues Basic math skills Must be internal and external customer focused Analytical abilities Must be self-motivated with ability to use own initiative
