We are searching for a driven

Advisor Success Consultant

who thrives on building relationships and empowering financial professionals to grow their practices. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted consultant, equipping advisors with the tools, insights, and investment resources they need to elevate client service and expand their businesses. This is a highly visible position that directly impacts the growth of your territory while fostering meaningful, long-term partnerships with the advisors you support. Responsibilities

Partner with financial advisors to understand their business goals and match them with solutions that deliver measurable results. Provide consultative expertise on investment strategies, platform capabilities, product details, and portfolio positioning. Design and execute outreach initiatives to re-engage advisors who are underutilizing the platform. Deliver dynamic presentations at advisor events, showcasing the value of available solutions and resources. Serve as a strategic partner in driving adoption and engagement with wealth management tools, technology, and consulting support. Travel up to 30% to meet with advisors, attend client events, and represent the platform at industry functions. Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to excel in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Collaborative team player with a self-starter mindset and strong ability to work independently. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track pipelines, manage territories, and drive accountability. Knowledge of managed money platforms, investment products, and financial services consulting. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry. 4+ years of proven success in sales, including both phone-based and in-person client engagement. Active FINRA licenses required: Series 6, 63, and 65, or Series 7 and 66. Compensation

Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (based on experience, skills, and location). Sales Incentive Plan: Annual target earnings of up to $70,000, tied directly to performance metrics. Hybrid work opportunities available for candidates near Chicago, IL. Benefits & Perks
