Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz, LLP seeks an associate attorney to join our litigation group. Candidates should possess strong skills in legal research and writing, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ideal candidates have experience in, or a desire to learn, civil litigation and/or trust and probate litigation, including drafting and negotiating discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, arguing in court, and negotiating settlements. Successful candidates for this position will join a team under the leadership and direct mentorship of one or more partners. About the Firm

Responsibilities

Join the litigation group and support civil and/or trust and probate litigation matters Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings Draft and negotiate discovery requests and responses Take and defend depositions and argue motions in court Assist with negotiating settlements and client communications Collaborate with partners and colleagues under mentorship Qualifications
