Labor & Employment Senior Associate or Counsel

The Role As Counsel in the Labor & Employment practice, you’ll:
Handle wage & hour class and collective actions, as well as single-plaintiff employment disputes
Draft motions, manage discovery, and prepare cases for trial (with opportunities for courtroom advocacy)
Take and defend depositions with confidence
Advise clients on compliance, risk management, and workplace best practices
Collaborate with cross-practice specialists, including corporate, litigation, and regulatory teams
Contribute to business development and build long-term client relationships
At least
6
years of labor & employment litigation and counseling experience
Strong motion drafting and research skills
Proven deposition and trial/trial prep experience
Restrictive covenant and/or traditional labor experience (a plus, not essential)
Excellent academic credentials and California Bar admission
A proactive, collaborative attorney ready to make an impact at Counsel level
