Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative - Bilingual to join their client's team in San Marcos, California. This role is perfect for a bilingual professional who is looking to make a positive impact and contribute to a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced setting and will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and smooth operations. Responsibilities
Learn and manage a high volume of product information and nuanced customer/shipping details. Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, at a basic level of proficiency. Type/key quickly, maintaining a speed of at least 45 WPM. Communicate effectively with good verbal and written skills. Build relationships with team members and work collaboratively and effectively with others. Maintain a detail-oriented approach to all tasks. Demonstrate an excellent dependable work ethic with a can-do attitude. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with excellent time management skills. Ensure adherence to food safety rules, including restrictions on jewelry, false lashes, ripped jeans, and strongly scented products; wear comfortable walking shoes, and keep desks clear of food or beverages except for clear plastic water bottles. Navigate working conditions such as walking a 2-minute route to restrooms, dealing with noise from walkie-talkies, phones, and conversations, and embracing Spanish spoken in the work area. Pay between $19-20 per hour
