The Investment Risk Management team at Franklin Templeton plays a critical role in safeguarding portfolio integrity. It oversees risk across multi-asset and private-debt portfolios and builds frameworks for real-asset investments. The team ensures alignment with the firm’s risk appetite and collaborates closely with portfolio managers and senior leaders. Core Responsibilities You will monitor risk exposures across investment solutions. You will create dashboards to support portfolio and risk managers. You will analyze portfolio and benchmark risks. You will report on market, liquidity, and concentration risks. You will apply multi-factor models to generate forward-looking insights. You will present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will stay current on macroeconomic and emerging risks. What Will Help You To Be Successful in This Role

Experience, Education & Certifications Degree in quantitative field (finance, statistics, engineering, etc.). 2–5 years of relevant risk management experience. Strong background in derivatives (swaps, options, futures). CFA or FRM certification preferred. Technical Skills Skilled in PowerBI/Tableau, SQL, and Python. Experience with Bloomberg PORT, MSCI BarraOne, or Aladdin. Soft Skills Deep curiosity about financial markets. Strong analytical and communication skills.
