We are seeking a Director, Growth Marketing to lead omni-channel, go-to-market acquisitions campaigns designed and optimized for efficient conversion. This role is ideal for a performance-driven, data-savvy marketing leader who thrives in an AGILE ceremony-based, fast-paced, and regulated environment. Overview The Director, Growth Marketing will lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies for Humana’s Insurance Products. In close collaboration with the cross-functional team, this role will be specifically accountable for delivering high-impact go-to-market campaigns across channels that drive leads for our Medicare Advantage insurance products and brands. Role Responsibilities Develop and lead growth marketing strategy for insurance products, including acquisition and conversion campaigns Design and execute omni-channel campaigns, leveraging digital, DRTV, direct mail, paid media, and emerging channels Innovate creative development and testing approach leveraging cutting-edge tools including AI Partner with analytics, insights, and media teams to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix based on performance data Collaborate closely with Portfolio, Brand Marketing, and Product teams to develop and align marketing efforts with company and business priorities Monitor campaign performance and ROI, using insights to refine strategy and inform future investments Ensure compliance with CMS and regulatory guidelines, working closely with legal and compliance teams Oversee creative development and testing, ensuring campaigns are customer-centric, compelling, compliant, and aligned with brand standards Supervise Acquisition AGILE POD, marketing planning, and delivery ceremonies and cross-functional team Manage agency and vendor relationships, driving excellence in execution and innovation Present growth strategies and results to senior leadership, influencing enterprise priorities and resource allocation through an ability to exceptionally articulate concepts visually and verbally Impact This role is essential to Humana’s ability to grow its Insurance footprint.
