$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr A Snapshot of Your Day As a Manager, Product II at Hanesbrands, your day will be filled with strategic thinking, collaboration, and driving innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build and execute the overall product roadmap, from ideation to launch. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze market trends, consumer data, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. How You'll Make an Impact Develop and execute overall product marketing strategies, including pricing, promotion, packaging, and channel strategies. Analyze online market trends, product innovation, and best-in-class PDP content to drive e-commerce growth. Collaborate with teams to optimize assortments, manage SKUs, reduce inventory, and increase efficiency metrics. Conduct competitor analysis, gather data, and support research activities, advertising campaigns, and major initiatives. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related discipline preferred. Extensive experience in product management and marketing, including direct-to-consumer channels. Proven ability to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that enhance digital presence and align with overall product and marketing goals. Expertise in building and executing product marketing plans within cross-functional teams. Proficiency in leveraging consumer insights and data analysis to guide decision-making and drive growth.
