The SVP of Digital Solutions will set the strategic digital product vision and focus on defining digital product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with business goals for Osaic’s financial professional and client-facing digital platforms and related initiatives. The role ensures evolution supports the firm’s key strategic priorities. The key objective is to own and articulate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap in alignment with business priorities, maintaining a customer-centric development approach for Osaic’s financial professionals and their end-clients, with the goal of improving productivity and end-client engagement. This role is responsible for the strategy, execution, and maintenance of holistic wealth management digital solutions that support financial professionals in client engagement and delivery of a broad set of financial solutions including financial planning, brokerage, advisory, packaged products, third-party managed assets, protection, and income products. The role must partner across the organization, especially with field facing teams, Advisor Experience, and Strategy to incorporate voice of customer, data analysis, customer journeys/personas, and closed-loop feedback into the product design lifecycle. This role plays a key strategic leadership role as Osaic refines and executes its fintech roadmap to improve advisor and end-client retention. This role will manage the full lifecycle of building digital solutions including research, visioning, business case creation, funding approval, requirements development, product build, user feedback/refinement, testing and delivery. The candidate must have experience delivering technology solutions used within Wealth Management, including client proposals, new account opening, fund solutions, portfolio accounting and reporting, client engagement & maintenance tools, fintech integrations, client portals, eDelivery, aggregation, mobile solutions, robo-advisory, eSignature experiences, client enrollment processes, and operational workflows. The role is responsible for driving advisor adoption of digital solutions, growing Assets Under Management, delivering favorable economics, and contributing to advisor recruiting. The individual must be able to delegate and lead the broader project group while also contributing as a hands-on player-coach. Organizational Structure & Interfaces
The SVP of Digital Solutions will report to the EVP Operations and Technology Solutions and deliver solutions to 11,000+ independent financial advisors affiliated with Osaic’s broker-dealers and RIAs and their end-clients. The role will regularly interface with third parties including software development firms, custody firms, and fintech providers, and collaborate with Osaic’s Customer Experience Operations, IT, Enterprise Program Management Office, Product & Platform team, Wealth Management firms and financial professionals. Regular updates and presentations to the Executive Committee and Field Advisory Boards are expected. Responsibilities
Own and articulate the digital product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for next-generation digital solutions; inspire and engage internal stakeholders in its execution. Deliver digital solutions connecting end-clients to holistic financial solutions while maintaining advisor influence in the digital product to drive advisor productivity. Conduct market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify opportunities for new and existing features. Develop thorough business cases for proposed products and initiatives, including cost/benefit estimates, market trends, competitive and risk analysis, and timelines. Pursue modernization of legacy processes and retirement of applications. Manage third-party integration partners and vendors (clearing firms, TAMP, workflow providers, design firms, security tools, aggregation tools, planning systems, etc.). Digital Product Development
Guide discovery, ideation, MVP definition, and feature prioritization for financial professional and end-client platforms, including the eQuipt platform (Client/Account Onboarding, Consumer Portal, Advisor Dashboard, Financial Planning). Drive roadmap execution through Agile methodologies to ensure on-time and business value delivery. Communicate strategically to build awareness and engagement across audiences. Develop platform solutions addressing client needs across life stages, wealth levels, risk, and life events. Develop requirements, UI specifications, mock-ups, and end-user goals for web products and services. Plan, prioritize, and manage features and requirements from concept to lifecycle to optimize objectives. Stakeholder Collaboration
Foster relationships with key market constituents to validate product strategy and roadmap. Lead cross-functional product planning with engineering, marketing, design, operations, and advisor experience. Inform senior management of plans, issues, and progress for decision-making. Partner with designers, developers, and infrastructure to create innovative digital products. Collaborate with advisor experience and advisor engagement to co-create the digital roadmap with financial professionals and staff. Work with marketing, sales, strategy, and privacy/security to ensure successful go-to-market and adoption; ensure regulatory compliance. Team Leadership
Build, manage, and mentor product teams; foster a high-performing, data-driven, user-centric culture. Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation for the department and related projects. Data & Voice of Customer
Collaborate with data and strategy teams to define and track key performance measures for senior management; recommend actions. Partner with Advisor Experience, Strategy, and Analytics to incorporate voice of the customer and data-driven insights into product design. Education & Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required. Basic Requirements
