Engage with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and high-traffic community events Start conversations, build rapport, and uncover customer needs Generate high-quality leads and book in-home consultations for the sales team Educate potential customers on our window and door solutions Use persuasive skills to encourage homeowners to take the next step What We’re Looking For
A natural salesperson with talent for persuasion and enjoy talking to people Resilient and goal-oriented; comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated Strong communicator able to connect, influence, and engage with diverse people Comfortable working in face-to-face marketing settings Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license Willing and able to stand for 5–10 hours Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (event materials, display items, etc.) Growth mindset; eager to learn and develop sales skills About Us
